Package terms and additional services
- Monthly packages cover one business entity and current-month bookkeeping.
- A transaction means one posted line item in a bank or credit-card account. Transfers appearing in two accounts count in each account.
- Catch-up work, historical cleanup, and QuickBooks setup receive separate fixed-fee quotes.
- Software subscriptions, payroll, tax preparation, sales-tax filings, bill payment, invoicing, inventory, and job costing are excluded unless separately agreed.
- More than 300 transactions, more than six accounts, or specialized work require a custom monthly quote.
- Scope and fee changes require written approval before additional work begins.
